Software Engineer, CDP - Stablecoin

About the Opportunity: The SOFTWARE ENGINEER, CDP - STABLECOIN role is centered on developing and maintaining backend services that enable stablecoin issuance and operations. The position contributes to launching new international stablecoins by integrating external partner APIs and supports smart contract functionality to manage stablecoin supply securely. This role works collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver features that promote stablecoin adoption and enhance platform reliability and quality. Responsibilities: Build backend services for stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations.Integrate external partner APIs with internal systems to launch new stablecoins.Manage full feature delivery from design through production deployment.Support smart contracts related to minting, burning, and security in partnership with senior engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement rewards and growth features.Enhance platform reliability by writing well-tested code and improving monitoring and operational practices. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in building and maintaining production backend services with a service-oriented architecture.Proficiency in Go programming language and familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, particularly Ethereum or similar EVM chains.Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party APIs and external partner systems.Proven ability to autonomously deliver features end-to-end from design to ongoing operation.Understanding of distributed systems patterns and demonstrated ability to write high-quality, well-tested production code.Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Annual base salary range: $152,405 to $179,300 USD, excluding equity and bonuses.Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
