About the Opportunity: The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER will support critical Claims, Provider Operations, and Data Conversion functions by developing and maintaining application systems and integrations. This role drives modernization efforts and operational efficiencies through automation and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring production stability and regulatory compliance. The position contributes to enhancing healthcare service delivery by leveraging technology to improve system reliability and process automation. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications using MuleSoft, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureDevelop and maintain integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware componentsDesign and support ETL and data conversion solutions for migration, transformation, and validationBuild and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure Cloud technologiesDevelop AI-powered solutions and automation tools to improve business processes responsiblyEvaluate emerging technologies to inform modernization initiativesTroubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions to ensure system resiliencyDevelop operational dashboards, monitoring, reporting, and alerting capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience5+ years using Java and Spring Boot5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft3+ years with Microservices, REST APIs, SOAP, and system integrations3+ years with Talend ETL and data integration solutions2+ years working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL2+ years experience in Provider Management and Claim processing Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employmentAdditional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution subject to eligibility Benefits & Perks: 401(k) contribution Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
