We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – LevelPath / Jaggaer in Mooresville, NC. Work Model: Hybrid — Tuesday & Thursday in office Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, flexible Contract: 12 months Candidate must be local to Mooresville for an onsite interview. H1B, Green Card holder, or US Citizen. Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of enterprise software implementation experience to lead the configuration, integration, and technical delivery of LevelPath/Jaggaer solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable procurement solutions integrated with Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Lead LevelPath/Jaggaer implementation, configuration, workflows, business processes, security roles, and integrations.Design and develop integrations with Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP, Ironclad, supplier systems, and other enterprise platforms.Build REST API, event-driven, and file-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.Develop and support integrations using Java, Python, SQL, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.Apply API gateways, enterprise integration patterns, message queues, and event streaming/Kafka.Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and master-data synchronization.Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployments, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Participate in architecture and code reviews while following security, compliance, and CI/CD standards.Collaborate with business teams, IT, vendors, and system integrators in the U.S. and India. Required Qualifications 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations.Hands-on LevelPath and/or Jaggaer experience.Experience with workflow configuration, APIs, security roles, and data integrations.
