You’ll learn how their operations run, identify where AI and automation can make a meaningful difference, and build solutions through to deployment and adoption. What You’ll Do Work alongside users to understand workflows, constraints and opportunities.Identify valuable problems and define a practical first solution.Build applications, integrations and AI agents connected to existing systems and data.Take prototypes into production, handling reliability, permissions and failure cases.Help teams adopt what you build, measure the result and turn successful approaches into reusable tools. What You Bring Strong hands-on software engineering skills and experience shipping usable solutions.The ability to understand a business process and translate it into software.Practical experience with APIs, integrations and AI tools or applications.Confidence working directly with non-technical users and taking ownership of an open-ended problem.
