Senior/ Lead Software Engineers | Java Leeds - Flexible Working - 2 days onsite Senior up to circa. £70,000 Lead up to circa. £90,000 Looking for a role where you can solve genuinely complex software challenges, work directly with clients, and have a real impact on delivery? We're hiring a Senior Software Engineers/ Lead Engineers to join a highly respected technology consultancy working with some of the UK's largest financial organisations and government departments. You'll work in small, collaborative teams delivering bespoke software solutions while helping shape technical direction and mentoring others. What you'll be doing: Building high-quality software across the full development lifecycleSolving complex technical problems for a variety of clientsWorking closely with engineers, testers, designers and stakeholdersMentoring colleagues and supporting best practiceTaking ownership of significant pieces of delivery work They're hiring at both Senior and Lead Software Engineer level, with a strong focus on Java. They're particularly interested in engineers who are either already working with AI technologies or have a genuine interest in applying AI within software engineering. More importantly, you'll be a strong problem-solver who enjoys learning new technologies and building maintainable, well-structured systems.
