They combine strong technical testing skills with curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for building reliable software. They are equally comfortable writing Python automation and querying databases to verify that systems behave correctly end to end. They work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle, automate repetitive testing wherever possible, and continuously improve product quality through data and user feedback. THE OPPORTUNITY Elevation Capital is building AI-powered software products that help organizations hire talent and manage field operations more effectively. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will own quality across multiple AI products, ensuring new features are thoroughly tested before reaching production. You will build automated testing frameworks in Python, validate data integrity at the database level, improve release confidence, and help drive reliability across every stage of the software lifecycle. Beyond testing, you will play an important role in user acceptance testing, onboarding, and helping translate customer feedback into product improvements.
