Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Application Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will help drive software development, automation, AI-powered solutions, application support, and business process optimization across a variety of technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in application development and support, with strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud-based platforms, and emerging AI technologies. You will work with tools such as Node.js, React, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and Generative AI technologies to build robust business applications, intelligent automation solutions, and scalable integrations that enhance business efficiency and customer experience. ResponsibilitiesSoftware DevelopmentDevelop, test, and maintain software applications using modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and SQL. Build reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support business operations and growth. AI-Powered Solution DevelopmentDesign, implement, and maintain AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Azure AI services, and other Generative AI platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experiences. Automation & Workflow OptimizationLeverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), APIs, and AI-driven automation capabilities to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. Application SupportProvide ongoing support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure reliable performance of both legacy and modern systems. System Integration & OptimizationDevelop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, data platforms, and business systems to improve data flow and operational effectiveness. Data & Analytics EnablementSupport data-driven initiatives by developing solutions that leverage structured and unstructured data, business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and AI-based insights. Business Process AnalysisPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions using modern development and AI technologies. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and company strategy. Continuous Improvement & InnovationStay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, software development practices, and industry best practices to continuously improve business applications and development processes.
