Responsibilities
As part of our Development organisation, you will join a diverse and collaborative team, contributing to impactful software engineering projects.
Additionally, EDG team memberswill gain experience with MathWorks products and user workflows through direct interactions with customers.

Specifically, you will:

Leverage Agentic AI to support and enhance core engineering activities such as writing code, developing product demos, and investigating and resolving technical issues, while applying sound engineering judgment and best practices. Develop and demonstrate leadership and initiative through opportunities to coach and mentor peers, and lead process improvement projects.Explore different teams to discover your passion to transition into teams aligned with your skillset, interests, and MathWorks business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Masters/Ph.D.
in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM subject with a consistent, well-rounded academic track recordEffective problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Curiosity, learning agility, and a willingness to explore new engineering tools and technologies, including AI-assisted workflows Solid foundational programming skills in at least one language (e.g., C++, JavaScript, Python, Golang, and/or MATLAB)Experience withMathWorks products, system designand/or object-oriented programming principles is a plus
