Our team is responsible for developing and supporting the YAGEO Group corporate website, https://yageogroup.com/, which provides customers with online tools to search and compare electronic components, generate customized specifications, and access quotation and Bill of Materials (BOM) information. We also develop and maintain customer-facing engineering applications such as K-SIM, https://ksim3.kemet.com/, which provides electrical characteristic curves and simulation data for electronic components. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to work across the full software stack, including frontend and backend applications, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment. You will work within a global team and report directly to a US-based bilingual manager who communicates in both English and Mandarin. Primary Responsibilities Develop new software applications and features based on business and customer needs.Maintain and improve existing applications used by customers and internal teams.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Develop and integrate APIs and backend services.Help improve application deployment and development workflows.Collaborate with other developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and pair programming.Learn new technologies and gradually take ownership of features and projects.
