Lead Frontend Engineer

We are working with a leading retail group's IT subsidiary that develops and manages comprehensive IT solutions for its diverse businesses across multiple countries. The Role Take technical responsibility and provide leadership to the team, making key technology decisions. Ensure product quality and strategic development based on strong frontend experience. Select appropriate tools and methods from a modern tech stack to achieve optimal results. Design intuitive interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI design and implement performant API integrations with the backend team. Guide the entire development process of custom software solutions, from conception to integration. What You'll Need Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in frontend development with a strong passion for Vue.js. Practical experience in developing and transforming complex enterprise applications in the frontend area. Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and make sound decisions. Very good English and good German language skills.
