This role blends hands on, full stack Salesforce development with technical leadership β€” mentoring team members, shaping engineering best practices, and helping ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and built to last.You'll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into reliable, high quality Salesforce solutions. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys writing code as much as they enjoy helping others grow β€” someone who can move fluidly between building features, reviewing pull requests, and advising partners on the art of the possible within Salesforce. Future Duties and Responsibilities: Lead full stack development across multiple Salesforce initiatives, writing clean, maintainable Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce codeBuild reusable components and integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, async processing) that scale with the businessMentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and hands on coachingOwn and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes using GitLab and Salesforce DXTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to performance and data integrityPartner with stakeholders to scope work, estimate effort, and plan technical roadmaps for large initiativesStay current on new Salesforce releases and bring forward capabilities that move the platform forwardContribute to internal playbooks, onboarding docs, and reusable patterns for the wider Salesforce practice Required Skillset: 5+ years’ experience building on the Salesforce platform, with a strong grip on Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and FlowComfortable leading or mentoring other developers β€” you've done code reviews, paired with junior engineers, or run design/tech discussionsKnow your way around Salesforce data modeling, security/sharing rules, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, async processing)Have worked in Agile/Scrum teams and are used to sprint ceremonies, grooming, and planningTrack record of shipping quality releases on tight timelines and owning your deliverables end to endHands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.Familiar with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools to speed up day to day development Desired Skillset: Experience working in AWS integrated environments alongside Salesforce Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
