Full-Stack Engineer (Location: Taipei, on-site) We are looking for a developer with solid technical foundations and a genuine curiosity about AI trends. In an era where AI is reshaping software development, an engineer's value no longer lies in simply writing code, but in leveraging AI to amplify output, understanding system architecture, and turning business requirements into real solutions. Under the guidance of a senior tech lead, you will move beyond quick-fix, patch-the-symptom development and learn to approach problems at the system level, building a strong architectural foundation and sound development logic. Combining algorithms with AI-augmented development workflows, you will work closely with the product team. We will develop you into a software engineer whose value keeps growing as the industry evolves. Required Qualifications Solid Development Experience: 3–5 years of full-stack development experience, able to independently build and integrate front-end and back-end features; basic understanding of system architecture and design patterns, with a willingness to deepen knowledge in performance optimization and security design.AI-Augmented Development: Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs in daily development to boost productivity, and enthusiastic about exploring and sharing new AI-driven development practices.Computer Science Fundamentals: Familiar with common algorithms and data structures; able to understand and analyze time and space complexity and write code that balances efficiency and maintainability.Communication & Collaboration: Able to clearly articulate technical ideas and communicate effectively with product, design, and other non-technical colleagues; willing to share knowledge and present within the team.Self-Management & Learning Agility: Strong time management and prioritization skills, delivering consistently in a multitasking environment; proactive learner who welcomes feedback and has a clear drive for personal growth.
