The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Svelte, SvelteKit, modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Sanity CMS, and headless architecture, along with experience building scalable, high-performing cloud-based web applications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using Svelte and SvelteKit.Build content-driven digital experiences using Sanity CMS and headless architecture.Develop reusable UI components, front-end frameworks, and design system integrations.Integrate web applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, authentication platforms, and customer data services.Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Platform, and DevOps teams.Champion code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, security, responsiveness, and scalability.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, and retrospectives.Support production deployments, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards and engineering decisions.Partner with platform and DevOps teams to ensure reliable application delivery. ✅ Required Skills 7+ years of software development experience.3+ years of modern JavaScript application development.Strong hands-on experience with Svelte and SvelteKit.TypeScript.HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.Sanity CMS.Headless CMS architecture.Component-based UI development.Responsive web design.REST APIs and GraphQL.Git and modern source control practices.Client-side performance optimization.Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.CI/CD and DevOps practices.Web accessibility standards including WCAG.SEO best practices.Automated testing using Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest.Agile/Scrum development.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. ⭐ Preferred Skills Large-scale consumer digital platform experience.Telecommunications or eCommerce industry experience.Experience migrating traditional CMS platforms to headless architectures.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and migration strategies.Design systems and reusable component libraries.AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.Cloud-native application architecture.Enterprise-scale customer-facing digital experience development.
