Job Title: Integration Developer -IBM ACE Industry: IT Software services LOcation: Qatar Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with hands-on experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across various systems and applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing data exchange processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)Analyze business and system requirements to deliver efficient integration solutionsConfigure message flows, integration services, and connectors to internal and external systemsImplement transformation logic using ESQL, Java, XSLT, or other supported tools within ACEIntegrate applications via multiple transport protocols — HTTP, MQ, SOAP, REST, JDBC, etc.Develop and consume APIs; manage data transformations (XML, JSON, CSV)Collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to ensure integrations align with enterprise architectureCreate and maintain technical documentation for integration solutionsMonitor, debug, and resolve issues related to message flow and system integrationEnsure compliance with security and data governance standardsParticipate in code reviews and performance tuning of integration componentsRequired Skills and Experience: Proven hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) (v11 or later)Experience working with various protocols (HTTP, MQ, FTP, JDBC, etc.)Experience working with message queues and middleware (e.g., IBM MQ)Strong proficiency in ESQL, Java, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web servicesSolid understanding of SOA, API-driven architectures, and integration patternsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)Familiarity with API Management tools (such as IBM API Connect, Apigee, Azure API Management, etc.)Linux scripting, Git, Jenkins/UrbanCode,OpenShift/Kubernetes experience is desirableBasic understanding of IBM API Connect and DataPower is desirableStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills
