Solutions Developer - React & Power Platform (Homebased)

Job Description About the role This is a hands-on engineering position where you will spend the majority of your time writing React and TypeScript, building and maintaining the custom components and interfaces that make up a PPM product on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work from specifications and designs set by the Development Lead, taking work items from spec through implementation, code review, and release. As a small team, we want someone who takes real ownership of what they ship rather than waiting to be told what to do next — but the product direction, requirements, and prioritization are handled for you. We care deeply about developers who are genuinely good with AI coding tools, as they are part of how this team works day to day. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain React and TypeScript components and interfaces for the PPM product — from specification through code review and releaseDevelop and maintain custom components for Power Apps using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)Own the quality of what you ship: tested code, committed to a branch daily, and active participation in reviewing and approving pull requestsWork within the established DevOps process — source control, branching, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform solution deploymentUse AI development tooling effectively across coding, testing, and documentation, and share what works with the rest of the teamDiagnose and fix defects, including reproducing issues and working through unfamiliar parts of the code baseParticipate in research and development: investigate, prototype, and share findings with the team About you Solid production experience building complex, data-dense user interfaces in React — component architecture, state management, and performanceReal working fluency with AI coding assistants, with ability to demonstrate how you use them, where you verify their output, and where you have learned not to trust themComfortable working inside a proper development process: Git branching and pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and automated builds and deploymentsWorking knowledge of Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps, and either hands-on PCF experience or a clear track record of getting expert on a new framework quicklyResponsive during core hours, proactive about raising blockers, and dependable without close supervisionProactive self-starter with a sense of urgency and good personal project managementFast learner who is comfortable being dropped into an unfamiliar code baseStrong communicator who collaborates effectively across teamsDetail-oriented, process-driven, and reliableHigh degree of personal and professional integrity, including around security and compliance Schedule Tuesday - Saturday 5 AM to 2 PM Manila Time Work Location Homebased Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
