Senior CloudOps Engineer

About this role We are seeking a senior CloudOps Engineer to operate and improve Azure production services for APAC customer environments. The role provides regional CloudOps capability during APAC business hours, supports production go-lives and hypercare, and coordinates incident resolution with SL2 and the European CloudOps team. Your responsibilities Operate, monitor and maintain Azure production environments during APAC business hoursSupport customer go-lives, production releases and hypercare, including deployment validation and rollback readinessMonitor service health, capacity, availability and alerts; investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with SL2, European CloudOps, application teams and relevant third partiesSupport Azure platform components, including AKS, networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, databases, storage, Key Vault and monitoring servicesImplement approved infrastructure and configuration changes in accordance with change-management, security and operational proceduresContribute to root-cause analysis, preventive actions and improvements to production reliabilityImprove operations through scripting, infrastructure as code, runbooks and appropriate automationMaintain accurate documentation for production environments, operating procedures and customer-specific configurationsContribute to observability and alerting improvements using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana and OpenTelemetry-based telemetry where applicable Your qualifications, skills and experience At least 5 years of hands-on CloudOps, DevOps, infrastructure or production-operations experience, including senior-level ownership of operational tasksPractical experience operating production workloads on Microsoft AzureExperience with several of the following: AKS/Kubernetes, Azure networking, Azure Front Door/WAF, API Management, Azure SQL, storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log AnalyticsExperience with incident management, production troubleshooting, change control and release supportFamiliarity with infrastructure as code and automation, such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash or PythonAbility to interpret monitoring and telemetry data to investigate service degradation and operational alertsExperience with .NET, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API), Web Services, SQL, RabbitMQ, RedisStrong documentation, communication and coordination skills across time zones and teams; professional fluency in EnglishA careful, risk-aware approach to production changes, a strong sense of ownership, and an automation-oriented mindsetThe role provides APAC-hours coverage Location Jakarta, Indonesia We offer you An open-minded, international and fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed and people are encouraged to make a real impactA meritocratic culture built on ownership, performance and continuous feedback, where ambition is recognized and contribution mattersThe opportunity to influence decisions, challenge the status quo and shape better ways of working, while collaborating across teams and functionsA strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with support to grow your expertise, capabilities and careerA values-driven culture where we Care by building trust and lasting relationships, Commit by taking ownership and delivering on our goals, Collaborate by bringing the right people and expertise together, and Challenge ourselves to raise the bar and achieve stronger outcomes
