Job Title: Web Development Quality Control Engineer Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Web Development Tester to play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, mission‑critical web applications. You’ll work closely with Agile teams to ensure the software supporting our customers is reliable, intuitive, secure, and built to perform in real‑world mission environments. Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for web‑based applicationsPerform functional, regression, integration, API, and UI/UX testingReview user stories and requirements to identify testable acceptance criteriaDocument defects, track resolution progress, and validate implemented fixesCollaborate with developers, product owners, and engineers in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand‑upsUse industry‑standard tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JIRAContribute to CI/CD processes by supporting automated test integrationValidate applications for security, compliance, and accessibility (e.g., STIG, Section 508/WCAG)Produce clear test documentation, reports, and metrics for leadership and stakeholdersProvide actionable feedback that enhances product quality and the overall user experience Qualifications Required: Active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphExperience testing web applications within Agile or DevSecOps environmentsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web architecture fundamentalsHands‑on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)Understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or RESTful servicesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teamsClear and thorough documentation and communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)Knowledge of accessibility testing (Section 508/WCAG)Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)ISTQB or similar testing certification What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
