Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design, develop, test, document, and operate robust software for a critical customer identity platform. • Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring value, usability, and feasibility. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects to define and implement effective solutions. • Monitor system health and application metrics for a live platform, investigating and resolving incidents. • Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and drive enhancements across accessibility, performance, and maintainability. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to integrate industry best practices into the codebase and architecture. What You'll Need • At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET/C# development. • Strong expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services. • Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and asynchronous communication patterns. • Solid knowledge of application and information security principles. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices. • Experience with identity and access management technologies (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect).
