The Opportunity IEG is looking for a C# .NET Full-Stack Developer to join our development team in Montréal. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IEG's software applications used by airlines, airports and lounge operators around the world. You will work across both back-end and front-end development, taking part in the full software development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvements. What You'll Do Full-Stack DevelopmentDesign, develop, test and maintain scalable software applications using C# and .NET.Develop robust back-end services, business logic and APIs.Build and maintain responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.Work with relational databases and develop efficient SQL queries.Design and implement new features based on business and client requirements.Enhance and maintain existing applications while contributing to new product development.Develop integrations with internal and external systems.Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, security and usability. Collaboration & Product Development Work closely with developers, project managers and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions and code reviews.Translate business requirements into practical and maintainable software solutions.Participate in testing and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to technical documentation and development best practices.Support the continuous improvement of IEG's software products and development processes.Stay informed about new technologies and development practices relevant to IEG's products. Technical Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.3+ years of professional software development experience.Strong professional experience with C# and .NET.Experience developing web-based applications.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Experience with a modern front-end framework such as Angular, React or similar.Experience using Git or another version control system.Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-structured code. Nice to Have Experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.Experience with TypeScript.Experience with SQL Server.Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.Experience with Docker or other container technologies.Experience developing enterprise or B2B software.Experience working with third-party APIs and system integrations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Experience in the aviation, airline, airport, travel, hospitality or loyalty industries.Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
