Role: Python Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Charlotte, NC Duration:12 Months Employment Type: W2- Contract Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python and Node.jsStrong Python development experience, including Django and/or FlaskStrong Node.js experienceStrong understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScriptExperience developing RESTful APIsExperience with microservices architectureExperience developing scalable server-side/back-end applicationsStrong relational database experience, including PostgreSQL and/or MySQLExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and/or RedisExperience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with DevOps practicesStrong Git/version control experienceExperience working within Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong testing and debugging skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMinimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting experience, training, military experience, and/or education Nice-to-Have Skills: Front-end development knowledge, including React, Angular, or Vue.jsExperience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelinesExperience with DockerExperience with KubernetesExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, PyTest, or similarTechnical leadership or mentorship experience The strongest candidates should have hands-on, recent experience with both Python and Node.js, API/microservices development, databases, cloud environments, and modern software engineering practices.
