Job : Golang Developer Location: Warsaw, Poland Contract Type: B2B Industry: Banking / Financial Services Role Overview We are looking for experienced Golang Developers to join a banking technology team working on scalable, high-performance applications with exposure to Generative AI. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Go/Golang, microservices and API development, along with exposure to Gen AI / LLM technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using Golang. Build high-performance REST APIs and microservices. Develop solutions for distributed and cloud-native environments. Integrate Generative AI / LLM capabilities into applications. Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams on AI-enabled solutions. Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code. Troubleshoot performance, scalability and production issues. Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions. Work within Agile development teams. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on Golang / Go development experience Experience with Microservices and REST APIs Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills Experience with distributed applications Good understanding of databases and API integrations Exposure to Generative AI / LLM technologies Preferred Skills Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI APIs or AI Agents Kubernetes / Docker AWS / Azure / GCP Event-driven architecture CI/CD and DevOps Experience in banking or other regulated environments
