Senior Production Support Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of application production support experience. Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Java/Spring Boot microservices. Experience supporting Angular and/or React applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture. Experience with:Oracle PostgreSQL MongoDB Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS containers. Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. Experience using Grafana and enterprise monitoring platforms. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with ServiceNow incident, problem, and change management processes. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong ownership and accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to perform effectively during high-pressure production incidents. Strong collaboration across development, infrastructure, and business teams. Continuous improvement mindset Desired Skills & Experience Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architectures, and API management.
