(Senior) Software Engineer (m/f/d)

About us ebiscon is a software development and IT consulting company with offices in Cologne and Athens. We analyse our customers' business processes and develop tailor-made digital solutions for them – web and mobile applications, cloud services on Microsoft Azure, e-commerce solutions with Shopware and Salesforce solutions. Most of our customers are mid-size companies in Germany, from industries such as e-commerce, retail, laboratory supply and e-mobility. We support them from the first idea through development to ongoing operation, and often work with them for many years. In addition, we develop our own software platform for the e-mobility market. Your role You will mainly work for one of our key customers: a leading European group in laboratory supply and wholesale. As a (Senior) Software Engineer, you take ownership of your topics: from understanding the requirement to a solution that runs reliably in production. You do not wait for someone to tell you what to do next – you drive your topics forward, make decisions within your area and stand behind the result. From time to time, you will also support our own e-mobility platform. We work AI-first. Most of our code is no longer written by hand but generated with AI coding agents such as Claude Code – based on clear specifications and verified by you before it goes live. Your value lies less in typing code than in understanding the problem, steering the AI precisely and judging whether the result is correct, secure and maintainable.
