The Opportunity We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Client Platforms team. In this role, you'll help build, maintain and improve the technology platforms that support our global business. Working closely with development, infrastructure and security teams, you'll play a key role in automating processes, improving system reliability and enabling the efficient delivery of technology solutions. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesSupporting cloud and infrastructure environmentsAutomating processes to improve efficiency and reliabilityMonitoring and improving system performance and availabilitySupporting security best practices across platforms and deploymentsTroubleshooting technical issues and contributing to incident resolutionCollaborating with teams across Technology to deliver scalable solutionsMaintaining documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Bring We're interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate: Essential Experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering or similar roleKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practicesExperience working with cloud-based platforms and infrastructureScripting and automation capabilitiesUnderstanding of monitoring, logging and system observabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams Desirable Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologiesExperience with APIs and microservicesUnderstanding of cloud security and DevOps best practicesExperience within a regulated or financial services environment What Success Looks Like You'll thrive in this role if you: Take a proactive and solutions-focused approachEnjoy working collaboratively with othersCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiencesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and technologiesTake pride in delivering high-quality outcomesContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes and performance Ready to Apply?
