Expressions of Interest – Software Training Consultants (Contracting Opportunities) Are you based in Brisbane and passionate about helping businesses succeed through effective training? Do you thrive on not just delivering training but also working closely with clients to uncover their needs and design tailored learning solutions? We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Software Training Consultants who would be open to contracting with us on a project-by-project basis when training opportunities arise. As a Software Training Consultant, you won’t just deliver training - you’ll play a key role in understanding client challenges, analysing their training needs, and developing customised enablement programs that drive real business impact. Ideal candidates will have: ✅ Experience delivering software training in a corporate or enterprise environment ✅ Ability to lead a project from initial discovery all the way through to training delivery and client debrief ✅ Strong consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend effective learning solutions ✅ Background in instructional design and training development ✅ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills ✅ Industry-recognised certifications or relevant software expertise on platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SAP and ServiceNow ✅ Strong technical knowledge of business software, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems ✅ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed ✅ The ability to work autonomously Contracting with us provides you the opportunity to: ✔ Engage directly with clients to conduct training needs analysis workshops ✔ Develop and customise training programs that align with business goals ✔ Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions to a variety of audiences ✔ Share best practices and learning strategies with clients and peers ✔ Be part of a network of expert training professionals Additional details: 📍 Project-based contract work (engagements as required) 📍 Brisbane based (with some travel opportunities) but with great flexibility to work remotely 📍 Competitive remuneration If you’re interested in being considered for future contracting opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
