Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.The role Nebius IT Infrastructure team is looking for a Data Center - IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager to manage IT Operations in data centers in new regions and in our own data center in Finland. You will be responsible for Incident and Problem management and will work with related departments to solve hardware and firmware issues. We expect that you like to deep dive in processes, finetune and automate them to achieve better service. Your responsibilities will include: Handle projects around unifying our infrastructure and operational processes Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of support. Achieve and keep operational KPIs Coordinate between IT infrastructure team and related departments/contractors in Problem and Incident management, optimize processes Manage Knowledge Base and write technical documentation on service operations We expect you to have: Knowledge of data center, server and network equipment Practical experience in process design and implementation Experience in solving technical problems with data center IT hardware Excellent communication skills Experience making presentations, charts, diagrams, tables Data management skills and the ability to find deviations.
