WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions Build a strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholder across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience in (preparatory) Payroll in an hyper growth environment Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills High attention to detail, solution oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus) WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
