Salesforce Service Cloud Developer | 📍 Amsterdam (2 days a week, on-site) | 💸 Up to €630 per day I'm working with a well-known international retail brand that wants to untangle and modernise how its customer service platform really works, and they're after a Salesforce Service Cloud specialist to lead the charge. Their customer service technology has grown over time, with lots of systems feeding into and out of Service Cloud and conversations arriving through several messaging channels. Now they want someone to step back, work out what's going on and make it simpler. This one's a bit different. You'll work as a one-person innovation unit inside the customer service tech team, with real freedom to question things that don't make sense and fix them. You'll also use AI tooling (Claude in particular) to move faster. What you'll be doing: Mapping and breaking down the processes that feed into and out of Service CloudJoining up Service Cloud with external messaging platforms and the conversations they bring inSimplifying and improving workflows inside the Salesforce orgWorking with customer service tech stakeholders to find the quick wins and the bigger opportunitiesUsing hands-on AI development, especially with Claude, to speed up experimentation and deliveryExplaining what you find and what you recommend to technical and non-technical people alikeWorking independently while bringing energy to a busy, fast-moving team What they're looking for: Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud DeveloperReal, hands-on experience building with AI, ideally ClaudeExperience integrating third-party messaging tools with Service CloudA knack for breaking down complex workflows and making them leanerConfident communication with lots of stakeholdersSelf-starter who doesn't need hand-holdingAble to be in the Amsterdam office 2 days a week The details: Part-time, 2 days per weekASAP start, running until the end of 2026 initially, with extensions likelyUp to €630 per day
