Fullstack Java Developer Hybrid - 3 days onsite - Charlotte, NC $60-65/hour W2; Not available C2C or 1099 Unfortunately, we are NOT able to sponsor visas.12-18 month contract ****Must be able to provide specific examples of systems they personally designed and built, demonstrate hands-on production ownership, clearly explain their technical experience and decisions, and describe their direct involvement in designing and building production systems. Responsibilities: Design and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.Build modern front-end applications using Angular or React.Develop event-driven applications using Kafka.Work with SQL/Oracle and NoSQL databases.Own features through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability.Make technical and architectural decisions focused on scalability and maintainability.Must-Have Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Proven experience designing and building production systems.Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, scalability, and performance.Experience with Angular or React and JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience working with SQL/Oracle and/or NoSQL databases.Experience with Kafka or event-driven architecture.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions and tradeoffs.Self-directed and comfortable working across different technologies and stacks.Tech Stack: Java 11/17+ | Spring Boot | REST APIs | Microservices | Angular/React | JavaScript/TypeScript | SQL/Oracle | NoSQL | Kafka | Kubernetes/OpenShift | Cloud | Jenkins/CI/CD
