Your mission
As a DevOps & Automation Engineer, you will help us automate the installation, configuration and update processes of our ERP platform and its surrounding product ecosystem.
Our core ERP platform consists of Java and C#/.NET-based components and is primarily operated on Windows Server environments using IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
At the same time, our product landscape is evolving towards Linux-based and containerized applications using Docker.
One of your main responsibilities will be to transform existing installation and update procedures into standardized, reproducible and automated deployment workflows.
We currently use technologies such as PowerShell and Ansible for automation and GitHub Enterprise for source control.
GitHub Actions will play an increasingly important role in our CI/CD and deployment workflows.
You will work closely with development, system engineering, support and product teams, review existing processes and drive automation projects from concept to productive use.

Your profile
Strong experience with automation and scripting, particularly PowerShell and/or PythonGood knowledge of Windows Server environmentsSolid knowledge of Linux systemsExperience with CI/CD systems and pipeline automation, preferably GitHub Actions or comparable platformsExperience with configuration and deployment automation such as AnsibleGood understanding of Git and Git-based workflowsExperience with Docker and containerized applicationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to independently drive technical projects and work across different teamsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
