To design, implement, and manage secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and middleware platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of enterprise applications. Responsibilities: • Design and manage secure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins. • Implement automated security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection). • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar. • Integrate policy-as-code and compliance checks within the CI/CD workflows. • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to embed DevSecOps best practices. Qualifications: 1.Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Solid foundation in computer systems, networks, and security principles. 2. Professional Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, system engineering, or middleware administration. • Proven experience in CI/CD implementation, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). • Practical experience in managing middleware platforms (e.g., WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere). • Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps practices—integrating security into development and deployment processes. • Experience in supporting enterprise-grade applications in a production environment. 3. Technical Skills • DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Helm, etc. • IaC & Automation: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Bash, Python scripting.
