About The Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) at HyPlus Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure and automation solutions that support our digital initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our system landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized environments, and integrate AI-assisted engineering tools into our workflows. The role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setup based in Ratingen or Frankfurt am Main, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, or Platform Engineering. Proven expertise with DevOps platforms, especially GitLab, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift 4 (including enterprise cluster management) are essential. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with experience in CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages such as Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Go, or Python is required. Familiarity with container technologies like Docker, monitoring tools including Prometheus and Grafana, and observability solutions such as ELK/Elastic or Splunk is also necessary. Knowledge of security standards, incident handling, and experience with KI-gestützten Development tools will be advantageous. Fluency in German and English at C1/C2 levels and residing in Germany are mandatory requirements. Responsibilities Design and oversee complex IT projects from initial conception through deployment and into stable production operation.Ensure the reliability of modern system landscapes by administering and continuously enhancing Linux-based environments, microservices, and web applications.Configure and optimize DevOps pipelines focused on Continuous Integration and Delivery to facilitate smooth, efficient, and reliable development processes.Integrate and utilize AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code to support development and operational workflows.Develop and operate LLMOps platforms to enable the reliable deployment of large language models within enterprise environments.Implement and maintain Docker environments to support scalable and standardized application landscapes.Promote automation and standardization efforts actively, ensuring the stable operation of the application landscape in collaboration with team members.Take responsibility for 3rd-level support, including complex system troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.Utilize collaboration tools effectively to foster knowledge sharing, transparency, and efficient teamwork.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including IT security, operational concepts, and data protection standards.
