We have a small, fast-moving engineering team, and right now, there is a gap between the speed of AI-driven development and the quality bar that production systems require.
Your job is to close that gap.
You will review, refactor, and harden backend services, set architecture standards, enforce testing and security practices, and make sure what gets deployed is reliable, maintainable, and built to last.
Java is your primary home.
Python is a language you can confidently read, review, and refactor, but you are not expected to be a Python specialist.
