We are looking for a DevSecOps / Security Engineer to strengthen a growing cybersecurity team.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, infrastructure, automation and development, helping to build and improve secure, scalable technology and security processes.
You will be part of a technical team working on security monitoring, detection, automation and the continuous improvement of security environments.

What will you do?
As a DevSecOps / Security Engineer, your responsibilities may include:
Developing and improving security automation and technical workflows.Writing scripts and tooling to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency.Supporting the development and maintenance of security monitoring and detection capabilities.Working with security events, alerts and potential incidents.Contributing to incident response and security investigations where required.Building, maintaining and improving cloud, infrastructure and application environments.Working with containers and container orchestration technologies.Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integrating security into development processes.Working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management.Developing and improving security rules, use cases and monitoring logic within SIEM or security platforms.Helping to improve the scalability, reliability and security of technical platforms.Researching new technologies, tools and developments in the cybersecurity landscape.Contributing to the continuous improvement of security services, processes and tooling.Working closely with other engineers, analysts and technical stakeholders to solve security and infrastructure challenges.What are you bringing?

You do not need to meet every requirement below — experience in several of these areas is valuable.
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, DevOps, SOC, security engineering, infrastructure or a related technical field.Experience with scripting or programming, for example Python, Go, Ruby, Bash or another relevant language.Experience with Linux and/or modern infrastructure environments.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or other container technologies.Experience with CI/CD, for example GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar.Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Ansible or comparable technologies.Experience with SIEM, security monitoring, logging or detection technologies.Understanding of common cybersecurity principles, threats and incident response processes.HBO/WO working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience.Nice to have
