🚀 WE’RE HIRING | DEVOPS ENGINEER – MID LEVEL
Are you a hands-on DevOps Engineer who enjoys building reliable deployment pipelines, improving operational stability, and solving real production and environment challenges?
We are currently building a shortlist for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to support a Saudi organization’s assignment on a remote basis.
🔹 Position: DevOps Engineer – Mid-Level
🔹 Experience: 3–7 years of relevant DevOps / Platform / Software Operations experience
🔹 Location: Remote
🔹 Contract: 4 Months contract, with the possibility of extension
🔹 Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day
🔹 Selection: Subject to technical assessment and client written approval
⚙️ YOUR ROLE:
You will contribute to improving build, deployment, and operational reliability by turning repeatable delivery activities into dependable pipelines and helping maintain stable supporting environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines covering build, testing, deployment, and agreed release checks.
• Supporting development, test, and production environments, including configuration and access management in line with security requirements.
• Making deployments repeatable and documenting release, rollback, and recovery procedures.
• Improving monitoring, logging, and actionable alerts to identify performance and stability issues.
• Investigating deployment and environment failures, coordinating fixes with developers, and documenting root causes and prevention steps.
• Preparing pipeline/configuration documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to support sustainable operations.
💡 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–7 years of relevant DevOps, platform, or software operations experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD and operating application environments, with evidence of real releases and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of source control, scripting, and configuration management.
• Sound understanding of credentials, secrets, and deployment permissions.
• Ability to implement and explain monitoring and logging, identify useful alerts, and distinguish application issues from environment issues.
• Ability to document operational procedures and coordinate changes with Engineering and QA teams within an approved design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes.
• Relevant CI/CD or container certifications/experience.
• Experience with a major cloud or enterprise hosting platform.
• .NET application deployment experience.
• Self-hosted n8n operations experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Arabic communication skills, where relevant to the assignment.
