The Opportunity
This role sits within QIC's Listed & Private Market Solutions team and works closely with investment professionals to deliver technology solutions that support investment decision-making and risk management across interest rate, credit, inflation and currency markets.
As part of a collaborative team of developers, architects and investment stakeholders, you will design, develop and support applications that solve complex business and technical challenges.
The role provides exposure to modern cloud platforms, AI-enabled development practices and contemporary software engineering approaches, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of QIC's investment technology landscape.
You will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions in a sophisticated investment management environment.
Key Responsibilities

Skills And Experience
We're looking for a passionate and technically capable full-stack developer who brings experience across some of the following technologies and practices:
C #, Java, Node.js, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, React and/or Angular Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP Infrastructure as Code (IaC), microservices and event-driven architectures CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, TeamCity or GoCD Python and other analytics or data processing technologies Agile development methodologies and modern software delivery practices Applying AI tools and models to enhance software development and engineering outcomes
