Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM & Power Pages Developer to play a pivotal role in driving digital service transformation across a high-volume Melbourne based project In this hands-on engineering role, you will lead the design, custom development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions and customer-facing portals. You will bridge complex backend business processes with intuitive front-end digital experiences—leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Liquid Templates, and Power Automate to streamline case workflows and deliver accessible digital services. Key Responsibilities CRM Engineering & Customization: Design, build, and deploy enterprise CRM solutions, custom workflows, plugins, and custom APIs to extend core platform capabilities. Power Pages & Front-End UI Development: Build and maintain external-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages / Power Apps Portals, developing custom reusable UI components, Liquid Templates, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Integration & Dataverse Architecture: Integrate Power Portals and CRM platform components with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and enterprise APIs/web services to ensure seamless cross-system data flow. Workflow Automation & Data Management: Design and manage complex Power Automate / Power Apps Flows, ETL processes, data migration pipelines, and data quality maintenance standards. Performance Optimization & Support: Monitor platform efficiency, troubleshoot root causes for technical issues, and optimize front-end portal rendering and backend query performance. Technical Documentation & Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and delivery leads to translate stakeholder requirements into technical user stories, system documentation, and operational runbooks. Qualifications Essential Experience: Proven CRM Development Track Record: Multiple years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and extending enterprise CRM platforms (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse). Power Pages Specialist: Multiple years of focused experience building Microsoft Power Pages / Power Apps Portals, including Liquid templates, web APIs, and front-end UI customization. Front-End Engineering: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks for building responsive, accessible UI components. Automation & Integration: Demonstrated experience with Power Automate, custom plugin development (.NET/C#), and RESTful/SOAP API integrations. Location: Melbourne-based (or willing to work hybrid in Melbourne) with full Australian working rights. Desirable: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Developer). Experience delivering digital portal solutions within public sector, regulatory, legal, or high-volume service environments. Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
