Summary ✨ AI‑Generated

Join a small software team building useful applications that turn scattered information and manual workflows into streamlined digital tools. You will use React and TypeScript to understand user problems, shape solutions, write and ship software, and continuously improve it. AI and automation will be applied where they provide practical value, with longer-term potential for customer-facing and mobile products.

Highlights

High-ownership role in a very small team, with direct access to users and influence over product direction. The work combines React and TypeScript development with practical AI and automation, with potential to expand from internal tools into customer-facing and mobile applications.

Description

Build the tools. See people use them. Have a say in what comes next. If you’ve spent the last few years building with React and TypeScript and want more ownership, this is worth a look. An established Irish consultancy is building out its internal software capability, and you’ll join a very small team with a big opportunity to shape it. You will bring scattered documents, information and everyday workflows into one useful application. You’ll help turn manual processes into tools that save people time, using AI and automation where they make a practical difference. You’ll work directly with the people using what you build. Understand the problem, help decide the approach, write the code, ship it and improve it. The immediate focus is desktop applications for internal teams. Longer term, the ambition is to develop a customer-facing product, with mobile potentially further down the line. What you’ll bring: • Strong practical React and TypeScript experience. • Ideally around 2–5 years building and shipping software. • An interest in applied AI, integrations and workflow automation. • Care for how an application works once real people depend on it. Rust, Tauri or previous desktop experience would be useful, but you can learn those on the job. You’ll work alongside the Lead Developer, take on increasing responsibility and help shape how the product develops. Small team. Direct access to users. Plenty of room to make decisions and see the impact. Interested? Drop me a message and I’ll talk you through it.
