Senior Fullstack Website Developer, AI Agents & Workflows — Gaia Digital Agency, Bali Job Description Gaia Digital Agency is a digital marketing agency in Ubud, Bali, with a team of 35+ across web development, SEO, social media, creative, and AI. Our website team builds and maintains sites for hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness brands, and medical clinics. We are looking for an experienced web developer who has gone deep into AI. You will build sites end to end, front end and back end, working with AI tools such as Claude Design and coding agents, and you will also design the agents and workflows the rest of the website team uses day to day. Think of it as being the developer who makes the whole team faster, not only yourself. The standard is fast and good at the same time. You should understand how AI tools actually work, follow how quickly they change, and have the development and deployment fundamentals to tell when AI output is right and when it is not. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain AI agents and workflows that support the website development team - Connect those agents to the technical side of the work: code repositories, deployment pipelines, hosting, and external services through APIs - Develop websites across the full stack with AI assistance, using Claude Design and coding agents to move quickly - Review everything AI produces before release, and make sure speed never costs quality - Own the deployment setup, including hosting, DNS, SSL, staging, and production releases - Show the team how to work with the agents and workflows, and write down how they work - Track new AI tools, models, and methods, and adopt the ones that help - Work alongside developers, UI-UX designers, and Project Managers on live client projects Requirements - Senior level full stack experience, front end and back end - Strong React and Node based development, including static site generation (SSG) - WordPress experience for older style sites, when a project needs it - Real project experience with AI coding agents, such as Claude Code or Cursor, and AI design tools such as Claude Design - Experience building or configuring AI agents and automated workflows, including connecting them to tools and APIs - A solid understanding of how AI models work and where they fall short, and the habit of keeping up to date - Practical deployment knowledge: hosting, DNS, SSL, CI/CD, and moving a site from staging to production - Ability to read, test, and fix AI-generated code - Technical SEO knowledge is a plus, so the sites you build can be crawled, indexed, and read by search engines and AI systems - Agency or client project experience is a plus To apply, send us a website you built with AI assistance, plus a short description of an AI agent or workflow you set up for a development team: what it does, what it connects to, and what changed for the team because of it.
