Cloud Operations Support Engineer We're hiring for a team responsible for executing operational runbooks, monitoring infrastructure, and handling first-level incident response across AWS and Azure environments. Required 2+ years in an operations, application support, or NOC/SRE role, production support experience troubleshooting via logs and monitoring dashboardsHands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (IAM, compute, networking basics)Scripting ability in Bash and/or PowerShell for automating routine tasksFamiliarity with at least one observability/monitoring tool (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana)Experience following and updating runbooks/SOPs in an incident response contextComfortable working in a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) and meeting SLA targetsStrong written and verbal communication — this role involves incident communications and handoffs Nice To Have Working knowledge of Python for scripting beyond basic Bash/PowerShellExposure to CI/CD platforms (name specific ones: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps for version controlRelevant certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner/SysOps, AZ-900/AZ-104)
