As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll lead the lifecycle management of Identity and Access across cloud and hybrid platforms, helping deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. Working within the Infrastructure Team, you’ll collaborate across technology and security functions to strengthen cloud security, governance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies. Drive the adoption of cloud services across the organisation, ensuring security, governance and compliance requirements are embedded from the outset. Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Implement and optimise cloud security solutions including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel and Endpoint Protection technologies. Automate infrastructure deployment and management through Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices to improve consistency and efficiency. Partner with architecture, development and security teams to enhance cloud security, compliance, reliability and operational performance. Skills and experience: You'll bring: Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services. Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, including Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC and privileged access controls. Experience supporting cloud security, monitoring and governance through services such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel and Azure Policy. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune for endpoint management, compliance and device administration. Exposure to data governance, compliance and information protection technologies including Microsoft Purview and DLP capabilities. Relevant Microsoft cloud, security, compliance or identity certifications, or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications. What’s in it for you?
