About the Opportunity At RACV, we're continuing to evolve our digital experience and are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing and enhancing our Adobe Experience Manager platform, helping to deliver exceptional digital experiences for RACV members. Working within an Agile delivery environment, you'll collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality solutions across a range of digital initiatives. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll contribute to solution design, develop new capabilities, support platform improvements and mentor junior team members while maintaining high engineering standards and development best practices.
