🚀 We’re Hiring | Staff Software Engineer (Backend & Cloud Native)
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Software Development Team at NeoRx on a full-time basis and contribute to building scalable backend and cloud-native solutions.
The Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend and cloud-native applications using Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and microservices, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and code quality.
Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend services using Go and Rust.Design and maintain microservices and distributed systems.Develop REST APIs and gRPC services.Implement cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.Integrate applications with databases and external services.Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, and operational excellence.Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience
