Description

The One Enterprise Public Company Limited (ONEE) is one of Thailand’s leading media and entertainment groups — a vertically integrated business that creates content and distributes it across television (Channel one31, GMM 25), radio, live events, artist management and digital platforms. oneD is our digital platform and the online home of that content, used by millions of viewers in Thailand across mobile, web and connected devices. Build and ship the web app Design, build and maintain the oneD web application using TypeScript with React/Next.js and Nuxt.Build rich interactive and animated interfaces, including WebGL-based visuals, without compromising performance or accessibility.Translate design specs into responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces that work from mobile browsers up to large screens, and contribute to our shared component library and design system.Build the browsing, search and navigation surfaces that people use to find what they are looking for, including personalised and data-driven layouts.Take features from ticket to production, including code review, release and post-release monitoring.Performance and search visibility Own Core Web Vitals and page performance — rendering strategy (SSR, ISR, static), bundle size, image and font delivery, caching and CDN behaviour.Make our public pages discoverable: server-rendered metadata, structured data, sitemaps and clean URLs, working with the marketing and content teams.Measure real-user performance in production and act on it, rather than optimising against a local machine.Quality and reliability Write unit and component tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and end-to-end tests (Playwright or Cypress); keep the pipeline green.Ensure cross-browser and cross-device correctness, and meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility expectations.Monitor errors and real-user metrics in production, triage issues and fix the root cause.Handle loading, empty and error states properly, so the site degrades gracefully instead of breaking.Work with the wider team Work in two-week agile sprints with product, design, QA and backend engineers; contribute to grooming, estimation and technical design discussions.Shape API contracts together with the backend team rather than simply consuming whatever arrives.Instrument features for analytics and A/B experiments, and use the results to argue for what we build next.Collaborate with the iOS and Android engineers so that the oneD experience stays coherent across every platform. What we are looking for Must have 3+ years of professional frontend development building and maintaining production web applications.Strong TypeScript and React — hooks, composition patterns, state management and performance-conscious rendering.Next.js and Nuxt in production — you have shipped with both meta-frameworks (or are strong in one and genuinely comfortable working in the other), and you understand server-side rendering, static generation and the trade-offs between rendering strategies.WebGL — practical experience building interactive or animated graphics in the browser, whether directly or through a library such as Three.js, PixiJS or react-three-fiber, including an understanding of the performance and fallback implications.Solid web fundamentals — modern HTML and CSS, responsive layout, the browser rendering pipeline, and how the network affects what users see.API integration — REST and/or GraphQL, authentication, caching and sensible loading and error states.Testing and tooling — Jest and React Testing Library, an e2e framework, Git and pull-request workflows, and a CI/CD pipeline.Performance instincts — you can use Lighthouse and browser devtools to find a bottleneck rather than guess at it.Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to work from our Bangkok office on a hybrid schedule.Nice to have Experience on a high-traffic consumer site, ideally in media, entertainment, e-commerce or another content-rich domain.SEO at scale for large content catalogues, structured data and Core Web Vitals optimisation.Shader work (GLSL), Canvas 2D, WebGPU or motion libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.Media-rich or image-heavy interfaces, and the loading and caching work that comes with them.Node.js and backend-for-frontend work, or edge and CDN caching strategies.Web authentication flows, deep linking and build-tooling or bundle-size optimisation.Analytics and experimentation tooling — Firebase, Amplitude, GA4 — and A/B testing frameworks.Design-system ownership, accessibility beyond the basics, and multi-language localisation.Building for large screens and TV browsers, including remote-control navigation patterns.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (equivalent practical experience is equally welcome).
