Description

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Salesforce Apex Developer to support and enhance their Salesforce platform. This role will focus on developing custom solutions to support fundraising, donor management, program tracking, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex development, Lightning components, Salesforce Flow, and building triggers to automate and extend Salesforce functionality. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce Flow • Build and manage Apex classes and triggers to support complex business logic and automation • Develop and maintain Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience • Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate fundraising, donor management, and operational workflows • Customize and extend Salesforce, including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or similar nonprofit data models • Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms such as fundraising tools, marketing automation systems, and financial applications • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions • Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity across the Salesforce environment Qualifications • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Apex development, triggers, and SOQL • Experience building and managing Salesforce Flows for automation and process optimization • Experience developing in the Salesforce Lightning environment, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura components • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred Preferred Experience • Experience working with Salesforce in a nonprofit environment or with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) • Understanding of donor management, fundraising workflows, or nonprofit program operations • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and deployment processes (Git, CI/CD, or Salesforce DX) The Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
