Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Plano, TX Duration: ASAP – Full-time Salary: $150,000 + Benefits Work Authorization: USC, GC, and GC-EAD Job Description Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events.Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events, CDC).Solid understanding of Salesforce security model – profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules.Design and development experience on Salesforce solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and exposure to other Salesforce products.Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX.Knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado.Hands-on complex coding in Apex, LWC, and integration is mandatorySales, service, and Salesforce technical certifications are mandatory. Hands-on experience in Salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, integration, and data quality/migration designExperience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service-Oriented Architecture and integration background.Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.Programming experience with the following languages: J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle.Strong knowledge of data migration and integrationSimilar consulting firm work experience will be preferred Best regards, Shoiab Ali Senior Technical Recruiter (IT)
