Software Engineer Intern

Location: Australia Mode: In-Person / Hybrid / Remote Duration: 4-24 weeks Availability: Subject to host organisation and project availability About the Opportunity The Software Engineering Internship provides students and emerging professionals with the opportunity to gain practical experience in software development while contributing to real-world projects. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to different stages of the software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and developing solutions to testing, troubleshooting and improving software applications. Key Responsibilities Depending on the host organisation and project, you may: Assist with developing and maintaining software applications.Contribute to new features and improvements.Write and review code under the guidance of experienced professionals.Assist with debugging and resolving technical issues.Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities.Work with APIs, databases and other software technologies.Contribute to technical documentation.Participate in team meetings, project discussions and development activities.Research technologies and approaches relevant to assigned projects.
