Frontend Engineer

Join Aleido's Tech team and help build the platform that transforms how technical information is created and delivered, at the intersection of AI, engineering, and UX. What You Will Do You'll work in a cross-functional product team, alongside Backend, Product, and UX, with real ownership over what ships and how it's built. This is a role for experienced engineers who care about craft and want to shape the frontend, not just implement it. Own frontend implementation of features and larger UI initiatives, from specification to deploymentShape and evolve our frontend architecture, component library, and design systemPartner with UX to challenge and refine interaction patterns and complex workflowsDefine clean, efficient API contracts together with backend and platform engineersDrive frontend quality through testing strategy (unit, component, E2E), tooling, and automationLead code reviews and support other engineers through guidance and mentoringIdentify performance bottlenecks and architectural gaps, and drive long-term improvements that reduce technical debtContribute to estimation, planning, and feasibility discussionsIntegrate AI-assisted tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow Who You Are You're an experienced frontend engineer who works independently, takes ownership of complex features, and raises the bar for the people around you. You have strong fundamentals, opinions grounded in experience, and enjoy both deep technical work and collaboration with Product and UX.
