A growing technology infrastructure business is hiring its first Sales Development Representative to build the top of the funnel. You will research named European accounts, identify decision-makers, initiate targeted conversations, and convert qualified prospects into meetings through thoughtful account-based outbound sales rather than high-volume dialing.
Highlights
Opportunity to own the top of the sales funnel as an early sales hire, with autonomy over account-based outbound strategy and direct exposure to European technology buyers in a specialized B2B market.
Description
What we do
Circle B builds sustainable IT infrastructure for the AI and cloud era.
For over a decade, we have designed and deployed datacenter, edge, and AI/HPC systems on Open Compute Project (OCP) hardware.
We are independent, vendor-neutral, and ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 certified, with deployments across multiple countries.
Our newest initiative is a sovereign EU GPU cloud — operating under full Dutch/EU jurisdiction and beyond the reach of the US CLOUD Act, for regulated European organizations that cannot compromise on where their data lives.
The opportunity
We’re hiring our first SDR to own the top of our funnel.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be out there bringing in new business: finding the right companies, opening conversations and turning cold accounts into meetings.
This is researched, account-based outbound, not a pure volume dialling job.
You’ll work a named list of European GPU cloud providers and AI companies that buy compute directly.
Your buyers are VPs of infrastructure and CTOs who are pitched constantly and can recognise a template immediately.
You’ll research accounts, open conversations, qualify basic fit and book meetings for our Account Executive and Head of Sales.
You own the first contact with each account and see from close up how large capacity deals get done.
You will also have an opportunity to learn the business aspects of Circle B (such as system integration business).
