Role Frontend Developer One Year Project (might extend) Hybrid Must Have Dutch Speaking, Writing Proficiency Minimum 10-12 years of overall IT experience and Minimum 5+ years in Pega implementation projects. Minimum 3+ years working with Pega Constellation and DX API and Minimum 4+ years of ReactJS front-end development experience. UX Consulting & Design Leadership Lead UX discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Analyse business processes and user journeys to identify experience improvement opportunities. Create UX strategies aligned with customer and business objectives. Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs. Define UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governance for Pega applications. Drive adoption of design systems and component-based experience frameworks. Present UX recommendations and design solutions to leadership and business stakeholders. UI Development Design and develop modern user interfaces using Pega Constellation and DX API. Build custom user experiences using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs. Develop reusable UI components and front-end frameworks integrated with Pega. Extend Pega's out-of-the-box capabilities through custom React applications. Integrate React front ends with Pega case management and workflow solutions through DX APIs. Ensure responsive, mobile-first, and accessible experiences across channels. Collaborate with Pega architects and developers on end-to-end solution implementation. Experience in developing (headless) front-ends in the language specified in the solution architecture Development of geo-applications (such as map servers and/or OpenLayers) Experience in modelling and designing Pega Case Management in combination with the integration of bespoke components such as microservices, front-ends and databases Experience in developing the UI within the Pega Case Management solution Experience in integrating bespoke UIs with the Pega Case Management solution Experience in low-code engineering within Pega Case Management Certifications Certified Pega System Architect Certified Pega Senior System Architect Good To Have: Solution Consulting Act as a trusted advisor for UX transformation initiatives.
